Exactly one week between posts. This is poor from me. A lot has happened in my little BJJ world. I've done a few classes/seminars with current European/Pan-ams heavyweight champion. I have some videos of tonight's class with Bernardo. I also discovered that 1gb for a camera just doesn't cut it any more. Sadly it's your viewing pleasure that will suffer.
Firstly I want to post a video of some crazy German BJJ warm up drill that is a favourite of mine.......
The next video is a tip from Bernardo about controlling the guy in side control. Sadly this was all I could get before my memory was full. I was definitely having technical difficulties.
This weekend I'm headed to Poland to compete in the Abu Dhabi world pro tour trials championship etc. And all I'm thinking is that I can't wait to get on the mat and play some guard! Well that and 'Please don't break my arm you crazy Wodka drinking Polish Bastards!'
I have hopefully sorted my camera out, so there will definitely be some pictures of a weekend in Poland and hopefully some fight videos coming up. I know I'd much rather immortalise myself with the old youtube fight videos, but I think you guys would probably rather see some Black belt finals. I'll compromise and try and get videos of both.
