One week into training and I've pulled a muscle in my lower back. It's happened to me before and there is nothing really to do apart from ice and rest. It does mean that I'm not at work, as I am having difficulty standing. There is always a silver lining! I also get to work on some of the many weird & wonderful projects I have on the side, like this blog. I was hoping to at least get to open mat on Wednesday to do a bit off yoga but at the moment that doesn't seem likely. Perfect timing for the Euros. Which are 16 days away. Not really a funny post. Sorry.
